Peoples Security Bank & Trust was looking to expand into the competitive Greater Lehigh Valley market. Among their biggest competitors were larger, more established banks. The creative needed to express what set them apart from the competition – less red tape, personal attention, and a concierge level of service.

The campaign prominently featured the bank’s brand colors, logo, a new brand mark, and messaging that communicated their unique approach to customer service which resulted in Peoples Security Bank & Trust outperforming its annual growth projection for the Lehigh Valley market.

The campaign garnered an American Advertising Award from the American Advertising Federation Greater Lehigh Valley for Best Copywriting.

Staying on Brand

Digital ads were pushed to a dedicated landing page that introduced the banking team. This further positioned the brand message of true personal banking.
